Customized Products: For customized orders, we'll send you factory pictures for approval. If there's no response within 2 weeks, we'll proceed with shipping.

Delivery Timelines: Please understand that while we provide estimated delivery times, unforeseen external factors such as wars, pandemics, and customs delays may affect delivery.

Cancellations: You have 24 hours to cancel your order with a small administration fee. After this time, we may proceed with the cancellation with an administration fee depending on the status of your order .

Changes: Within 24 hours, you can request changes at no charge, depending on the nature of the change. After this time, we may need to consult with the factory if the product is in production.

Discounts: If you forgot to apply a discount code when placing your order, notify us within 72 hours, and we'll issue a refund for the full amount of the discount.
