What Is Not Covered?

While we ensure our dolls are in perfect condition upon shipping, certain issues are not covered under our warranty:

  • Finger & Toe Nails – Nails may detach during shipping. You can easily reattach them using lash and nail glue.

  • Loose Eyelashes – If an eyelash comes loose, you can reattach it with lash and nail glue.

  • Makeup Differences – Each doll is handcrafted, and slight variations in makeup may occur. If desired, you can remove and reapply makeup to your preference.
