SHIPPING - We take pride in offering worldwide shipping to cater to our diverse customer base, with the exception of a few countries (refer to the exclusion list here).
To provide transparency, the shipping cost is seamlessly integrated into the final price of each product, ensuring a straightforward and hassle-free experience for our customers. It's important to note that customs and taxes may vary based on the destination country. For our valued customers in the USA and most countriess in the EU, taxes are already factored into the pricing. For other international destinations, we generously cover up to $200 USD in taxes. Any amount exceeding this threshold becomes the responsibility of the customer.
PACKING- Discretion is paramount in our packaging strategy. We meticulously ensure that products are dispatched in plain boxes, free from any labels or indicators that might disclose the contents within. This commitment to privacy underscores our dedication to providing a secure and confidential delivery experience.
DELIVERY - Our choice of courier services, predominantly UPS and FedEx, reflects our commitment to reliable and efficient delivery methods. However, it's essential to be mindful that delivery times can vary depending on the destination:
USA/CAN: Anticipate a delivery timeframe of 15-20 days.
EU/UK: Plan for a delivery window of 40-50 days.
