Processing Time

  • Made-to-Order Dolls: Most custom dolls require 3-6 weeks for production, depending on specifications and order volume.

  • In-Stock Dolls: Ready-to-ship dolls are processed within 24 hours and the tracking number is sent 24-72 hours.

  • Accessories & Spare Parts: Typically ship within 3-7 business days unless stated otherwise.

Shipping Time & Methods

We offer both free and express shipping options, depending on your location.

USA & Canada

  • Free Shipping: 15-20 days
  • Express Shipping: 7-15 days

EU, UK & Australia

  • Free Shipping: 35-40 days (sometimes up to 60 days)
  • Express Shipping: 15-20 day

We use UPS, FedEx, or DHL for safe and reliable delivery.

Discreet Packaging

We take your privacy seriously. Your order will arrive in a plain, unmarked box with no logos or labels that reveal what’s inside. Only you will know what's in the package!

Shipping Costs & Customs Fees

What’s Included?

  • Shipping is already included in the price for the USA, most of the EU, Canada, and the UK—so no extra shipping fees!

Customs & Taxes

  • For the UK, Canada, and some other regions, local regulations mean we can’t prepay taxes. But don’t worry—we cover up to $200 USD of any customs fees!

  • If you're charged taxes, simply pay and send us the receipt, and we'll refund up to $200.

  • If the taxes are higher, you’ll need to cover the rest.

Need help with customs? Just forward us any messages from them, and we’ll handle it for you.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

  • In many cases, tracking won’t update until the package arrives in your country—so if it seems stuck, don’t worry!

Damaged or Missing Items - We’ve Got You Covered!

  • If your package looks damaged, or even if it doesn’t, we highly recommend recording an unboxing video and taking photos.

  • If something’s wrong, send us the pictures within 24 hours, and we’ll work quickly to make it right.

Restricted Shipping Locations

Due to legal restrictions, we do not ship to certain countries, including but not limited to: India, Middle Eastern countries, and select regions in South America. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before ordering.
