Refunds & Returns Policy

REFUNDS - You may cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund with no cancellation fees. After this 24-hour window, cancellations are only possible if your doll has not yet entered production, and an administrative fee will apply. 

If the doll has already entered production, cancellation and refunds will no longer be possible.

Once the product is shipped and received, we cannot issue any refunds. However, if the product arrives damaged, we are committed to working with the factory to find a satisfactory solution. This may include assistance with repairs or providing a replacement.

RETURNS - Due to strict hygiene protocols, we cannot accept returned packages or cancellations once your doll has shipped. This policy ensures the safety and cleanliness of all our products, preventing any risk of contamination in our warehouses and factories.

If you decide not to keep your doll, we recommend selling it on platforms like The Doll Forum or Reddit, where you can recoup some of your investment.
