Can I Cancel My Order

Yes! At Dolls Lovers, we offer a 0-fee cancellation window during the first 24 hours after your purchase. If you change your mind within this period, you can request a full refund with no cancellation fees.

After the first 24 hours, cancellations may still be possible as long as your order has not entered production yet. However, please keep in mind that an administrative fee will apply in those cases.

Once your custom sex doll has officially entered production, the order can no longer be canceled, since the factory will already be working on your doll and custom materials may already be assigned to your order.

Found another model you like more? No problem!

If your order is still within the cancellation window or production hasn’t started yet, you may be able to swap your order for a different model instead of canceling completely.

This is a great option if you simply want:

  • A different body type
  • Another face option
  • A larger or smaller cup size
  • A different TPE or silicone sex doll
  • An in-stock model instead of a custom one
