REFUNDS - You may cancel your order within 24 hours for a small administration fee. After this period, cancellations may still be possible, but additional fees could apply depending on the order status.

Once the product is shipped and received, we cannot issue any refunds. However, if the product arrives damaged, we are committed to working with the factory to find a satisfactory solution. This may include assistance with repairs or providing a replacement.

RETURNS - Due to strict hygiene protocols, we cannot accept returned packages or cancellations once your doll has shipped. This policy ensures the safety and cleanliness of all our products, preventing any risk of contamination in our warehouses and factories.

If you decide not to keep your doll, we recommend selling it on platforms like The Doll Forum or Reddit, where you can recoup some of your investment.
